We will ensure that your accounts are available for tenants within six months of the year end in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
As affiliate members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) we are kept up to date with changes in regulations and have the opportunity of keeping in close contact with our clients to make sure we always understand their needs and requirements. We will ensure that your accounts are available for tenants within six months of the year end to comply with both the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
